No, you do not need to be home. You can provide a key or entry code for us to securely access their property while you're away.

How do you price your cleanings?
Pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the type of cleaning needed. There are optional add-ons for selection - as well as a mandatory pet home treatment add-on service for each pet. Prices for these are clearly listed when selecting.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We do use a client service agreement — it protects both you and us and sets clear expectations from the start. But it doesn't lock you into any set number of cleans. You choose your frequency, and you can cancel anytime. No minimums, no penalties.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance when possible, especially during the moving season, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
